Wether you're new to boxing or have bags of experience or just like the one-on-one touch of a personal trainer, these sessions could be just the thing for you. Boxing is an excellent way to get fit quickly and stay in shape. Our trainers will design a bespoke training plan that will incorporate combination punches, footwork drills, blocks and self-defense manoeuvres, as well as showing you how to use punch bags and speed balls properly. Plus warm up, stretches, boxing techniques, core exercises,bag/pad work,circuits and cooldowns.
